設施運營
• 監督日常運營、管理預算和設定績效目標。

• 與財務部門聯絡以獲得支持並跟進帳戶差異。
• 密切跟蹤所有交易活動、準備佣金預測並批准採購。
• 監控每個空間的損益報告。
• 實現業務目標和收入目標。
市場營銷與銷售
• 制定和實施業務、營銷和廣告計劃。
• 創建新的銷售渠道並與物業顧問網絡密切合作。
• 跟進並完成與潛在客戶的交易,並制定銷售建議和宣傳。
• 了解客戶的要求並提出最佳可行方案。
• 確保每個空間的營銷努力保持一致。
• 協調銷售談判、會員協議、監控協議到期、跟蹤租賃談判和租賃修訂。 確保社區員工在相關規定的時限內協商續租。
要求:
• 良好的溝通技巧
• 高度的客戶服務意識
• 認真熱情的工作態度
• 精通Microsoft office
• 具有圖片、視頻編輯和photoshop的基礎或中級知識者優先
Job Description
Facilities Operation
• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each space.
• Managing spaces events.
• Ensuring that all spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Performs semi-annual audits and facility checklists, submits findings to division office and ensures follow up on any necessary action.
• Liaise with the Finance department for support and follow up on account discrepancies.
• Closely tracks all transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts, and approve purchases.
• Monitoring each space's P&L reports.
• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Marketing and Sales
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Creating new sales channels and working closely with network of property consultants.
• Follow up and close deals with prospective clients and creating sales proposals and pitch.
• Understanding the client's requirements and proposing the best available options.
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each space.
• Coordinate the negotiation of sales, Membership agreement, monitors agreement expiration, tracks negotiation of leases and lease amendments. Ensures Community associates negotiate lease renewals within prescribed timeline where relevant.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• High awareness for customer service
• Serious and enthusiastic working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Preferably have basic or intermediate knowledge in picture, video editing and photoshop
