5 minutes walk to SBW MRT or two bus stops away. There is a food court downstairs, a bus station, a supermarket, a convenience store 7/11, a kindergarten, and an elementary school and a middle school behind and to the side of the community. There is a bus stop downstairs, and there are a variety of shops in the surrounding hawker center.

The rent includes 24-hour air conditioning, water, electricity, internet, and cooking facilities.

The kitchen is available with rice cooker, microwave, kettle, induction cooker, and refrigerator.

The room has a large wardrobe, queen size 1.5mx2m bed + silicone mattress, desk, chair, fan, air conditioner + remote control, and desk lamp.

The bathroom is shared with two girls, with wet and dry areas separated, hot water at 31-45 degrees, instant water heater, toilet, hair dryer, etc.

There is a place for drying clothes in the sun and ventilation, and there is no restriction on laundry.

I hope to find a stable long-term place for one or two girls to live with. As long as we understand each other, get along harmoniously, help each other, and live happily, I believe that after we finish studying or working every day, we will have peace and comfort at home.

The entire suite is a four-bedroom apartment with no partitions. Friends who love cleanliness and quiet are welcome to stay. I hope everyone can get along harmoniously and happily. Some of the items in the house in the photo belong to previous tenants. You are welcome to come and see the apartment when you are free. SGD1100 each Monthly one person or SGD 1200 for two people, all inclusive.
