經理/資深 - 數據分析師

職位要求：

1) 熟悉hive，MySQL，MongoDB 等數倉和資料庫的查詢，能獨立且高效地完成數據提取及分析；

2) 能夠對專題問題進行深入分析，撰寫分析報告，為運營決策、產品方向提供數據支持；

3) 為長期關注的指標建立數據報表，供產品和運營自助查看，提高數據運營效率。

4) 本科及以上學歷，數學，計算機等專業優先；

5) 3-5年以上網際網路平台數據分析師經驗；

6) 熟悉各類常見的運營指標，活躍，留存，流失，激活等；

7) 熟悉一到兩種程式語言，並能熟練應用於數據分析。

8) 熟悉友盟，GA，GIO 等第三方統計工具平台的使用和應用場景。

9) 好的溝通交流能力，工作積極主動，有責任心。

Manager / Senior - IT Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to analysis independently and efficiently, scripting languages and adept with Hive, MySQL, MongoDB etc.

• Able to conduct in-depth analysis of thematic issues, writes analysis reports, and provides data support for operational decisions and product development.

• Establish data reports for indicators of long-term concern for self-service viewing of products and operations, and improve data operation efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer Bachelor degree or above, major in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, or equivalent studies.

• Minimum 3-5 years of analyst experience in the technological field.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

• Familiar with the regulatory Asia Pacific, especially China market preferred.

• Familiar with third-party statistical tool platforms such as Umeng, GA, GIO.

• Familiar with one or two programming languages and be proficient in data analysis.

• Familiar data modelling, statistical methodologies, data mining techniques and testing etc.
