Queenstown Alexis Nice Condo room for rent　

Very close to Queenstown MRT station, 3 to 5 minutes walk distance with shelter along the way. You don't have to worry that never carry an umbrella. Downstairs there is a bus station, 15 minutes to orchard road, Clark quay and Chinatown, 5 minutes walk to IKEA, 3 supermarkets surround ( cold storage, fair price, shengsong), living life is very convenient. Also, direct bus to PSA building, Mapletree business city, Alexandra point working area.

whole apartment has three rooms but only two people stay,　 a lady (working professionals) stay in master room, so you can use the other two common rooms (a bedroom & a study room), You have your own toilet, light cook in the kitchen is allowed.

Full condo facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna,massage pool, etc.),roommate (myself, haha) is very friendly and easy to get along with ppl.
