Customer Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Find enterprises or universities;

2.Develop enterprise needs and sign contracts (such as customer service outsourcing, telephone sales outsourcing, recruitment, accounting, salary calculation, etc.) Provide a talent pool after developing needs, and sign a headhunting agreement.

  1. Analyze customer needs and implement effective actions;

  2. Use effective tools to conduct planned visits and screen target customers;

  3. Collect, summarize and follow up customer needs;

  4. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  1. Language: English and Mandarin;

  2. Good communication and expression skills, strong learning ability and resilience;

客户经理 (企业需求经理)

岗位职责:

1.寻找企业或者高校;

2.开发企业需求并与企业签约(如客服外包,电话销售外包,招聘,代账,算薪资等),开发需求后提供人才库,签订猎头协议。

3.分析客户需求并实施有效行动;

4.利用有效工具,有计划的进行寻访,筛选目标客户;

5.进行客户需求收集汇总及跟进;

6.上级交代的其他工作。

岗位要求:

1.语言:英文和中文;

2.良好的沟通表达能力,学习能力强,有韧性;

3.良好的职业道德,对人有敏锐的洞察力和判断能力,工作细致,有团结协作的精神。
